About Us

Oliver is a full-time licensed Real Estate Broker and licensed Mortgage Broker, with years of experience helping hundreds of people purchase or sell property throughout Central Florida.  
Oliver immigrated to central Florida in 2001 from his hometown St. Albans, Hertfordshire, England.   His first voyage to America was to Kissimmee in 1999 with his mother, Irene, when they won a holiday through Sainsburys Supermarket in London Colney.
After finishing his studies in Chemistry, Biology and Physics in the UK, he obtained a placement for several months in southern India to study Medicine; and in Nepal to teach English to underprivileged children.  Oliver says "It was an extremely rewarding and eye-opening experience, of which I returned home with a far greater understanding of other parts of the World and different cultures.  These memories will stay with me for the rest of my life."

In 2005, Oliver brokered and owned a successful Real Estate brokerage in Kissimmee, where he recruited over 75 Sales Associates in 12 months with over 25 million in sales production.  It was at this brokerage that he met his future wife, Devinee.  They decided to combine their abilities and know-how to cater to the luxury Orlando market; and thus Absolut Realty was born.
In May 2008, Oliver became a US Citizen and swore his allegiance to the Flag.
Oliver and Devinee were very happily married on June 14th, 2008 in Orlando and honeymooned in the Dominican Republic. 
Absolut Realty specializes in luxury homeowners in the Dr. Phillips area; but also services the entire central Florida region, from Longwood down to Kissimmee.

Devinee was originally born in Dallas, Texas but grew up in Florida since she was two weeks old.  She considers herself a true Floridian!  Devinee has seen many changes in the Real Estate landscape over the past 30 years, and her years of local knowledge and experience are indispensable.  
She is of Cuban and German descent and fully bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English.  
Devinee graduated from Cypress Creek High School and Valencia.  In 2002, Devinee embarked on a 9 month Mission Trip with Faith Assembly Church to Copenhagen, Denmark.  She was part of a discipleship program that trained her to reach people for Jesus Christ.  This also entailed traveling to surrounding cities and a few countries like France, Belgium and Scotland to bring help spiritually and physically.  
By far, what she considers her greatest achievement while in Denmark was working with a group called ROCK(Reaching Our City Kids) which went to schools and Community Youth Clubs speaking to children about vital issues which affect todays youth, such as drugs, alcohol, sex, etc.  Devinee really became one with the people in Denmark and found it hard to come back home but knew she had family waiting for her return.
Shortly after her return, she became a Realtor and is now able to meet people and help them in a whole new way.  She then joined her partner, Oliver, and together they formed Absolut Realty. Devinees partner then became her wonderful husband on June 14, 2008 and has been living her happily ever after since.
